| Datuk T Murugiah, Deputy Minister in the Prime Minister’s Department said that the government has implemented a 14 days deadline for its departments and local authorities to reply to letters and queries. This he said has been instructed to all the offices concerned. He said “The Government is very serious about the matter and that the Public Complaints Bureau (PCB) was closely monitoring the situation.” |
